Prey Update: Adding New Touches for "Cole's Story".

Hard to believe it's been almost two years since there's been an update on this blog about "Prey: Cole's Story", the short film set in the MOTW Universe. But things have been happening behind the scenes with the film:

-- First off, a teaser trailer for the film has been released a few months ago. If you haven't seen it on the main pages of this website, here's the link.

-- A new longer trailer, which will include footage from the film with the complete cast, will debut sometime next month.

-- Brian Sullivan has signed on to do original music for the film. He has done music scores for several projects over the years, and the stuff that he's done so far for this one sounds amazing.

-- Other things going on behind the scenes include members of the cast doing some ADR (voice-over) work, and editing with selected scenes for the film.

--And this week, work has begun on the visual effects part. The team at Spitshine VFX has come on board to do several selected scenes, and the work I've seen them done so far looks very cool.

With things proceeding along, it's looking like early next year for when the short film will be completed. Once it's done, I'll be looking at several avenues for the film, including possibly going the film festival route. If that happens, I'll keep you updated.
